Tree Trimming & Pruning
Promote healthy growth and stunning appearance with expert trimming and structural pruning by our certified arborists.
Storm damage does not wait for business hours. Neither do we — call any time and we will get a crew moving.
Buffalo gets the full menu — lake-effect snow loading, ice storms, straight-line summer winds and the occasional derecho. When a limb comes through the roof or a whole tree lands across the driveway at two in the morning, that is not a job that waits for Monday.
Our emergency crews work around the clock. We make the situation safe first — stabilising what is still under tension, clearing what is threatening people or structures — then deal with the rest of the cleanup once nobody is at risk. If a downed power line is involved, we coordinate with the utility rather than working around it.
Crews on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including through storm nights and holidays.
Limbs and stems removed off roofs, garages, fences and vehicles without driving the damage in further.
Partly fallen trees caught in neighbours or held by root plate are among the most dangerous work in the trade. They are not a DIY job.
Driveways, walkways and roadways opened up first so you, and emergency services, can get in and out.
Where lines are down or entangled we work with the utility. Never approach a tree touching a conductor — treat every line as live.
Photographs and written descriptions of the damage and the work done, for your claim.
These are situations to phone about rather than wait on. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.
Book an AssessmentPhone (716) 621-3222. We ask what is damaged, whether lines are involved and whether anyone is at risk, then prioritise accordingly.
On arrival the crew secures the area, assesses tension and load, and removes the immediate hazard first.
Sections lowered under control off structures, access reopened, and anything still unstable braced or taken down.
Debris removed, the site left safe, and photographs plus a written summary provided for your insurer.
For genuine emergencies we aim to get a crew out as fast as we safely can, and we triage by risk — a tree through a roof or blocking a road goes ahead of one lying harmlessly on a lawn. During a widespread storm event, when the whole region is calling at once, honest wait times can stretch. We will tell you a realistic window when you call rather than a comforting one.
Often, yes — most policies cover removal when a tree has struck a covered structure, and many cover emergency measures taken to prevent further damage. A tree that simply falls in the yard and hits nothing is frequently not covered. Your policy and your adjuster decide, not us. What we can do is document the damage and the work thoroughly so you have what you need to file.
Stay well back and treat the line as live — a downed conductor can energise the ground around it and the tree itself. Call 911 and your utility first, keep people and pets away, and do not attempt to move branches. Once the utility has de-energised or cleared the line we can safely take on the tree work.
Emergency work does cost more than scheduled work — it means crews and equipment mobilised out of hours, often in poor conditions, on a job that is technically harder than a planned removal. We tell you what to expect before we start, and we do not use a storm as an excuse to inflate a price.
